Our Committees
Rosewood Community Association is looking for a few good men and women to serve on committees that fulfill various functions within the community. These committees contribute to the enrichment of Rosewood and welcome new volunteers with energy and ideas. A brief description of each committee’s function follows:Government Affairs Committee: To serve as a liaison between the community and local government entities.
Architectural Controls Committee: Reviews modification requests to ensure that alterations to the exterior of a home comply with the community guidelines and ensure that residents are in compliance with the Rosewood CC&R’s.
Website Committee: Responsible for updates to the website in addition to reviewing and recommending future improvements for www.rosewoodcommunity.net.
Rosewood Events Committee: Responsible for funding, planning, organizing and implementing Rosewood events.
